Consultations by appointment only. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your initial consultation to fill out an initial consultation questionnaire. By going through the questionnaire before hand, more time will be spent on treatment and you will get the best possible value of time with our practitioners.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, & American Express credit cards as well as EFTPOS.
REBATES
A HICAPS facility is provided to allow you to claim your private health fund extras rebates at the time of your appointments so you will only need to pay the gap. If we cannot claim your health fund rebate, you are still required to make payment in full. When requested, we can provide you with a tax receipt for you to claim directly from your health fund or insurance company.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL?
You do not need a referral to see our Osteopaths, Podiatrist or Massage Therapists, unless:
- If you are a Veterans Affairs, Q-Comp, Medicare’s Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) client, you are most welcome at our clinic. Please let the reception staff know when making your booking that you are one of these clients.
- If you are attending through Veterans Affairs or Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC), you must have a Doctor’s referral. If you do not have one, please see a doctor or make an appointment with one who may provide the referral if he/she deems it appropriate.
- If you are attending through Q-Comp, the first five visits are generally pre- approved by Q-Comp with a valid certificate signed by a medical practitioner, but you have to have made a claim and have a current claim number. We can treat interstate Workcover etc., however the treatment must be approved by the relevant insurance company.
LATE CANCELLATION / NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY
Missed appointments and those changed or cancelled at short notice inconvenience other clients. This practice requires a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment; otherwise a partial fee of $35.00 may be charged. If we can fill your appointment with another client or you can come later when we have a free time slot, you will not be charged.
